BlackBerry Care Support* is now included as standard with BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 deployments running Annual Client Access Licenses. BlackBerry Care Support provides electronic access to technical experts for 2 Named Contacts, with a Next Business Day response, as well as access to training and productivity & diagnostic tools.
Always stay current
Always have access to the latest software upgrades and updates. Available for BES10 perpetual Client Access Licenses (CALs), BlackBerry Software Assurance is included with Advantage level Support or higher.
Upgrade your CALs
BlackBerry Software Assurance allows you to upgrade your BES5 CALs to BES10 CALs on a one-for-one basis for an unlimited period of time. An Advantage Support or higher subscription is needed.
